Performance improvement

Can be defined as the idea of measuring the output of a specific process or procedure, then altering it to increase the output and increase the effectiveness of the process or procedure. For the organizational development performance improvement is the idea of organizational change in which the management and governing body of an organization put into place and manage a program, which measures the current level of performance of the organization and then generates ideas for altering organizational behavior and infrastructure which are put into place to attain higher output. The primary goals of CTCH Accountants, is to increase and to enhance the ability of the organization to deliver goods or services, and in order to improve the company’s process of setting organizational goals and objectives. Additionally we use customer satisfaction surveys, in order to obtain qualitative information about performance from our customer’s perspective.
